Neotica Corporation

Neotica Corporation (NASDAQ: NEOT) was an American multinational technology company headquartered in Palo Alto, California, active from 2007 until its formal liquidation in 2015.

The company was widely recognized for its hyper-proprietary, vertically integrated "walled garden" approach to the early Android operating system, producing a suite of software and hardware designed to act as a total replacement for the Google Mobile Services (GMS) ecosystem.

Archival Status

Following the corporation's sudden collapse in 2015 as a result of [PENDING CORONER REPORT], the central Neotica authentication handshake servers were permanently taken offline.

The Neotica Archival Project is a decentralized, volunteer-driven effort to reverse-engineer legacy Neotica protocols, document lost software quirks, and provide clean, verified .apk preservation dumps for Android 1.5 (Cupcake) through Android 6.0 (Marshmallow).
